Cultivating Successful Careers: a leadership development program for transitioning and former foster youth ages 18-25. We have partnered with a number of agencies, community colleges, certification programs, employers and advisors to provide one-on-one mentorship, coaching and leadership development, along with employment opportunities, internships/apprenticeship to youth transitioning from the foster care system.

Housing Opportunities: Assist in providing housing, short and long term for homeless or at-risk of homeless of unstably housed former foster youth, this includes comprehensive support to help individuals move from crisis to stability. Short term housing units provide a secure home at a minimum of 18 months. Individuals in long-term housing must meet program and lease requirements.

Emergency Financial Assistance: Provides referrals and helps identify potential emergency financial assistance within the community and wraparound agency providers for former foster youth in need.

Connection to Community Partners and Professional Networks: We've partnered with agencies in the King County area to identify opportunities to create positive community and individual support systems with the end result of reaching personal goals. Individuals will work closely with a mentor and skilled Case Manager to identify strengths, overcome obstacles, and set and meet goals.

Community-Enriched Educational Resources: Guide young adults to navigate resources for completion of educational goals or starting new ones, such as High School to 21, GED exam preparation enrollment and testing, advance learning programs, tutorial for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), and qualifying for tuition waivers for former Foster Care Recipients.

Computer Literacy Training: Assist young adults with creating skill set to learn how to send emails, browse the web, create resume and more.
